UNIVERSITY OF THESSALY (UTH)

High quality research is conducted at the University of Thessaly and is a leading active institute with its several departments having a long history of participating in many EU and internationally funded projects. Recently, the Civil Engineering Department has been successful in various national and European FP7 projects; it is a member of the Water Supply and Sanitation Technology Platform (WssTP), a member of the Smart Water Network forum (SWAN forum), Netwerc H2O and is active in the EIP Water. UTH has recently signed a Memorandum of Collaboration with the Center for Renewable Energy Sources and Saving (CRES), the Greek national entity for the promotion of renewable energy sources, rational use of energy and energy conservation.
